		<description>Hi Holly,  This recipe is great for cake balls... I have made them using this recipe many times and they always work out well.  One thing I have found though... day old cake works even better than fresh out of the oven...  I have left cake sitting covered on the counter and then used it the next day.  It just seems to have a slightly better consistency... not as moist I think.
